Our sitting service covers all types of animals, from puppies and cats to rabbits and guinea pigs, and caged birds such as parrots and budgies.


Most animals prefer to stay at home in familiar territory while you are away, and suffer from stress if moved. A familiar person who is friendly to them and comes in regularly to feed them is far more welcome – and often safer for the health of your pet – than a cattery or other boarding place. I will make sure that your pet has enough food and water, and that litter trays or cages are kept clean and hygienic. While you are away, I will check that your pet stays happy and healthy in the comfort of its own home. I am also happy to water plants and take in post, so that your home is not left obviously unoccupied.


Before your puppy is fully vaccinated and grown up enough to go out, he or she may need to stay home. A daily visit to clean up after your puppy and provide 40 minutes of companionship will make a big difference to the happiness and welfare of your puppy. If requested, I can provide a daily log of how your puppy is, at no extra cost.
